FAST TRACK

All Emory Transplant Programs require patients to use the Fast Track program prior to the initial visit and/or evaluation. Fast Track reduces the time of your admission and registration process. From the convenience of your home, start the registration process by simply calling the Fast Track Line at (404) 686-5270 or 1 - (800) 640-9293. The Emory Admissions Representative will ask a series of questions and your registration is then complete. On the day of your initial visit and/or transplant evaluation, let the hospital representative know that you have Fast Tracked. The representative will obtain your confirmation number, a copy of your insurance card(s), and your signature to complete the process.

Fast Track should be used by all potential transplant patients as well as those who have received a transplant and require follow-up visits in the transplant clinic.
