All transplant evaluations, procedures, and follow-up care are performed on Emory University ’s campus on Clifton Road.

Emory University Hospital units that specialize in the care of kidney/pancreas transplant patients include 5E ICU and 9E. The Mason Outpatient Transplant Clinic, located on the 6th floor of The Emory Clinic Building B, provides the facilities for both pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up care.

Pre and post transplant care for Emory kidney and pancreas transplant patients is also provided at the St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital clinic in Savannah, GA.
